WOMEN'S WELLNESS

Are you new to yoga?

Do you want a holistic alternative to regulate hormones?

Would you want personal guidance on aspects of yoga?

The average age for a woman to start changes in her hormonal cycle is anywhere between 35-40years. Though perimenopause is a gradual transition, you might experience symptoms like changes in menstrual cycle, sleep patterns, moods etc.

Would you like solutions to alleviate chronic symptoms of menopause?

Being proactive and making lifestyle changes and improvements towards overall health is the best approach to make this journey as smooth as possible.

The Women's Wellness Yoga course focuses on an integrative approach to address the various symptoms you will go through during your Menopause.

GROUP CLASSES

Join me for live classes during the week. These are classes focused on strength, mobility, movement and fun. As I'm aging, I value the importance of joint and bone health. Classes target common areas affected by hormonal imbalance both in the body and mind. 

If you are new to yoga, please attend my Women's wellness course and then you become part of my group classes.
