I hosted The Rightful Rest Challenge recently and it was really well received by my community. I called it “a challenge” because, for many women, making time for themselves is the challenge.

It’s an invitation to self-connection and nervous system support before sleep, with simple, short and accessible practices designed for you to really wind down so that you fall asleep and stay asleep.
