Purnima is a yoga coach guiding career women, to feel connected, regain their confidence and move into a better flow of life, allowing them to keep their established careers.

Perimenopause usually arrives at the peak of a woman's career. Succumbing to symptoms is a thing of the past. Yoga provides the foundational holistic support to enable empowerment, drive and changing the narrative of aging.

Purnima teaches Classical Kriya Yoga that includes many modalities and practices, most of which are not taught in a normal studio class.

Each and every one of these practices, brings the Breath, Body and Mind into alignment and regulates the Nervous System.

Rest is a GAME CHANGER for your Perimenopause experience. One of the first signs of changes in hormones is its impact on sleep.  Disturbed sleep adds on to the stress and aggravates symptoms you experience. Then you have to get to work the next day and carry on as though nothing is different. This adds on another layer of anxiety and stress. Continuing to ignore incomplete and disrupted sleep can lead to chronic insomnia which has many associated illnesses.
